Shipping

Complimentary U.S. Shipping on Orders $150+. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $12 within the United States. Orders are processed Monday to Friday and most are dispatched within 1–3 business days; eligible U.S. orders then arrive within an estimated 3–7 business days via tracked courier. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, and may be longer during limited releases, launches and high-volume periods. A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Returns

Free US returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags and packaging. Email contact@visualsparis.com to start a return and we’ll send a prepaid US shipping label. International returns are accepted within the same 30 days, but return shipping and any customs costs are the customer’s responsibility — email us first and we’ll guide you through it. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item. Final-sale items are noted on the product page.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return for the item you have and place a new order for the size you want — this is the fastest way to get the right fit while stock lasts. Reach out and we’ll help hold a size where we can.

Payment

We accept the major credit and debit cards and payment methods offered through our secure Stripe checkout. Prices are in USD and include any applicable taxes. Your card is only charged once your order is confirmed.
