These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VISUALS PARIS website and your purchase of any products offered through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, and able to form a legally binding contract, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We work to display our products, colours and details as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your display will reflect them exactly. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes.

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel or decline any affected order.

Your order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after a confirmation email has been sent. If we cancel an order that has already been charged, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept the major cards and payment methods offered at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorise us to charge the full order amount, including any applicable taxes. Your card is charged once your order is confirmed.

Shipping timelines, delivery estimates and related terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Eligible returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy. Please review it before making a purchase, as certain items may be marked final sale.

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated terms, may be limited in time or quantity, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Each code may be limited to a single use per customer or order.

All content on this site — including the VISUALS PARIS name, logos, designs, text, graphics and images — is owned by or licensed to VISUALS PARIS and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VISUALS PARIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be lawfully excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
